Aventon offers a 14-day return window for all e-bikes and accessories in new, unused condition to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. We are committed to providing high-quality performance gear and a seamless exchange process for our cycling community.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in the original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and battery components are securely included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and affix it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
